The equation that relates these thress parameters is:

where:
    P: Power (W)
    T: Torque (N·m)
    ω: Angular velocity (rad/s)
If speed is in revolutions per minute (rpm), the equations is as follows:
    P = T · π · N / 30
where N is speed in rpm.
